At the beginning, this company started its activities by concluding a contract with the Housing Foundation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the Fajr 4 540 loan project, which showed the company’s ability to start work.
Then, by concluding contracts with the largest and most famous projects in Mashhad, such as the 34-storey commercial office project of Armitage Golshan, the Kuhsar Mall project, the Baran 3 residential tower hotel, etc., it continued its activities.
Then, by carrying out projects such as Jahan Hotel in Mashhad (under the supervision of Bank Mellat) in the years 94-93 and also the implementation of spraying plasters by sub-groups in the Grand Commercial and Administrative Project of Nations (Kuh-e Noor) and also the Residential Tower of Nations (Darya Light), as well as performances in several apartment hotels and residential towers
In 2017, it expanded its activities by signing a contract with Isfahan City Center Group and adding it to its scope of work.
So far, it has continued to work on other projects of this group, including the Fadak commercial project and Salamat Hospital
